High Valyrian
Pronunciation
(Classical) IPA(key): /ˈmiɟiot/
Noun
mijiot
Postposition
mijiot
- (abessive) without (co-occurs with a noun in either the comitative, instrumental or genitive[usage 1])
Usage Notes
- ↑ In earlier stages of the language, animate nouns take the comitative and inanimate nouns take the instrumental, in parallel with mijegon. In later stages and in informal contexts, however, both types of nouns take the genitive. Also, by default, the noun is in the singular, if it is a general statement about a lack of something.
