Shadow and Bone is a fantasy television series from Netflix that premiered in 2021. It is an adaptation of the trilogy of books of the same name by Leigh Bardugo. It features a number of constructed languages:
- Ravkan, created by David J. Peterson.
- Fjerdan, created by David J. Peterson and Christian Thalmann.
- Zemeni, created by David J. Peterson and Jessie Peterson.
- Shu, created by Jessie Peterson with assistance from David J. Peterson.
Additionally, a sketch of the Kerch language was developed by David J. Peterson, but it was not featured in the series.
