Prefix

syt-

  1. Used to form the locative applicative verbal prefix syti- with the sense of "for", together with i- if the base verb begins with a consonant or a vowel that is not /i(ː)/.
  2. Used to form locative applicative verbs with the sense of "for"; used if the base verb begins with /i(ː)/.
