Væyne Zaanics is a language co-created by David Peterson and Nina Post for the Cate Lyr Series of books. The language is an a priori conlang that was created jointly by Bernard Severn, Thomas Lyr, and Isabelle Lyr—characters from the book The Zaanics Deceit. The name of the language is undetermined, as the final vowel was lost. The name could mean either "God's Gift" or "God's Curse". To find out more about the language, use the links provided below:
