Draenei is an inflectional language. The word order is mostly head-inital.

Nouns

Possession

Possession in nouns is marked by possessive determiners, which follow the noun, such as in revos lae "my child."

Verbs

Verbs have imperative forms, such as zaradá "Free!". Verbs agree with their subjects by means of suffixes, and the language is pro-drop, for example kamil "I beg." The direct object follows the verb, for example in Zaradá revos lae "Free my child!" and Kamil tor "I beg you."
