Ravkan is a fusional language.

Nouns

Nouns decline for case, according to their grammatical gender and declension pattern. There is an instrumental case, and one gender is the neuter. Abstract nouns may be derived from adjectives with the suffix -ost ("-ness"), which then take neuter gender, for example yolost ("gratefulness, gratitude") from yol ("grateful"), whence yolostash ("thanks", literally "with gratitude", an instrumental form).
