Trigedasleng is a language created by David Peterson for the CW series The 100. The language is based exclusively on modern English, as it's an imagined future state of the English language. Consequently, it is an a posteriori language. The language is spoken by a number of different clans which comprise the Grounders: the descendants of Americans who survived a nuclear catastrophe.
