(Should we delete(+) this redundant sense?)

Usage

If an entry contains a sense that you think is redundant to another, you can insert this template right before the sense, on the same line, after the initial #.

For example, you might change this:

# An [[impossible]] event.

to this:

# {{rfd-redundant|en}} An [[impossible]] event.

which produces this:

  1. (Should we delete(+) this redundant sense?) An impossible event.

Please be sure to create a corresponding section at Project:Requests for deletion, using the little superscript plus-sign link.

Parameters

|1=
The language code of the term in question. See Project:List of languages.
|fragment=, |section=

The sort key for the page; rarely needs to be specified.
|nocat=1
Disable categorization of this page.
|topic=
If given, add this page to Category:Entries needing topical attention and (eventually, manually) to the list at Project:Entries needing topical attention. Also add the specified param value to a CSS span id contained in the request message.

This template adds the page to the following categories (where LANG is the language whose code is specified using |1=):
