This template is used in etymology sections when a word is formed by adding an infix to another word. An infix is an affix that is stuck inside of another word.
Basic code:

For example, in hizouse:
Parameters

- Language code.
|2=
- Word to which the infix is added.
|3=
- The infix. Remove the hyphens from the beginning and end.
Sequential parameters:

- Display text for the base word and the infix.

- Translations of the base word and the infix.

- Part-of-speech (or non-gloss description) of the base word and the infix.
