The Skroth language was intended to be spoken by the eldritch creatures from the far north of Westeros known as the White Walkers, before it was decided to make them silent instead. David J. Peterson therefore only developed a sketch of the language before the idea was scrapped, and none of it ended up being used in Game of Thrones. Thus, the sketch as a whole is no longer considered canon.
