Proto-Plains language

Proto-Plains is the proto-language that is the ancestor to the Dothraki and Lhazareen languages. It is not fully developed, but there exist methods for deriving vocabulary for Dothraki and Lhazareen from it, and its grammar has been developed to some extent.

Peterson has stated that he may one day flesh out Proto-Plains so that others can derive sister languages to Dothraki, or their own version of Lhazareen. However, this will not happen in the near future.
