Etymology
From a blend of the accusative Proto-Plains *meja (“him, her, it”), the partitive Proto-Plains *mejǝ (“of him, of her, of it”), and the genitive Proto-Plains *mehi (“of him, of her, of it”).

Creation and Usage Notes
The original idea was an old [ei] diphthong would become modern [ae]. I'm not sure if I held to that throughout the language, though...
