House of the Dragon Dialogue Navigation: Season 1

During the first season of House of the Dragon, High Valyrian (HV) spoken dialogue is featured in an as-yet unknown number of the ten episodes. That dialogue is shown below.

It occurred in the blackness of night, my lords, during the Hour of the Bat. The thief eluded our pursuit.
TRANSLATION

KING VISERYS
How is it possible that a dragon’s egg was stolen beneath more than fifty Dragonkeepers?
TRANSLATION

DRAGONKEEPER ELDER
It was Prince Daemon who was the culprit, Your Grace… We were loath to do him harm.
TRANSLATION

KING VISERYS

The egg was Dreamfyre’s, princess. The same that you chose for Prince Baelon’s cradle.
TRANSLATION
Drōmon Ēdrurzo īles, Dārilaros. Dārilaro Baelo mazumbille iderēptā hēnkon luon.
RHAENYRA
My father named me Princess of Dragonstone. That is my castle you’re living in, uncle.
TRANSLATION

DAEMON

TRANSLATION
